About

Unlocking the power of mind, body, and spirit healing is like discovering a hidden treasure within yourself – it requires patience, persistence, and a willingness to explore the depths of your being.

Oh, Hi There!

It’s such a pleasure to have you here! My name is Sara Modlin-Tucker D.O., and I’m grateful to share a little bit about myself with you. As a mother of two wonderful little girls and a doctor of osteopathic medicine (D.O.), I am deeply passionate about helping individuals of all ages achieve optimal health and well-being. My focus is on pain complaints, and I am board certified in family medicine as well as a specialist in neuromusculoskeletal medicine. I utilize a range of modalities to treat pain, but my primary focus is on hands-on manipulation. I believe that hands-on healing can be a transformative experience, connecting people with their bodies and promoting healing from within. It’s my mission to use my skills and expertise to help people overcome their pain and achieve a better quality of life.

In addition to my clinical practice, I also provide online education and resources to individuals seeking to manage their pain and improve their overall health and well-being. While I specialize in hands-on manipulation in my clinic, I recognize that not everyone may have access to in-person treatment. That’s why I’m committed to providing education and resources online, so that people can learn effective strategies to manage their pain from the comfort of their own homes. My online resources include a variety of tools and techniques, such as stretching and breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and emotional processing, to help people manage their pain and improve their overall health. I believe that everyone should have access to the tools they need to live a pain-free life, and I’m dedicated to providing those resources in a way that is accessible and convenient for all.

True healing requires compassion and self-love. We need to utilize our mind, body, and spirit to find our health. When we treat ourselves with kindness, we create a space for our wounds to be mended, our hearts to be filled with love, and our souls to be nourished.
