Over the years, I’ve come to understand that pain goes beyond physical symptoms and requires a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Having personally experienced chronic pain since a young age, I know firsthand the challenges it brings and the importance of addressing pain from a multidimensional perspective.
